- As rinse off conditioner: Apply generously to warm, wet hair
- Let sit in hair for 1 - 3 minutes then detangle from ends to root with a wide tooth comb or fingers
- Rinse with cool water
- Use as needed
- As a heat protectant: Apply when hair is wet before blow drying
- Work through the strands with hands and fingers from root to tip
- Start with a small amount an increase use as needed
