How Shipping Works

    Send a package there

    Use the address when shopping from a U.S. store, or have a friend, family member or business send a package to you.

  3. Step 3

    We receive your package

    Once it arrives at our U.S. warehouse, it appears in your IZI1 account.

  4. Step 4

    Choose your services

    Select available options such as package photos, repacking, consolidation or storage.

  5. Step 5

    Choose your shipping option

    Compare the shipping methods available for your destination and review the applicable costs.

  6. Step 6

    Track your shipment

    Follow your package from our warehouse to your destination.

Shipping Options

After shopping using our in-portal browser, your packages will arrive at the IZI1 warehouse from US-based online stores. Then, all purchased goods will be forwarded to a specified user address, selecting one of the following shipping options:

  • Single Package

    Forwarded as it arrives. No action needed.

  • Multipack

    Your packages travel together as one shipment. Every package stays sealed.

  • Consolidation

    We remove the outer packages and repack into one smaller package that's cheaper to ship.
