Its foldable construction transforms the mat into a supportive block for added assistance during movement, then unfolds into a full-length workout surface. Made with EVA foam and a high-grade polyurethane top coat, it offers a lightweight, moisture-wicking, and nonslip design for yoga, Pilates, aerobics, and rehabilitation.
WHAT IT DOES: Unfold the mat for a 68-inch moisture-wicking, non-slip surface, or fold it into a block for extra support where needed. The lightweight design is travel-friendly and made to ride shotgun on the go. Includes one Compact Mat and one Booty Band. Clean using a 1:20 solution of oil-free soap or vinegar with warm water applied to a microfiber cloth. Avoid lotions and sharp objects that can stain or puncture the mat.
