This sheer buildable, water-based formula comes in Artist-developed shades to strobe, sculpt, shape and underpaint for personalized payoff. It can even be dabbed onto lips for a pop of iridescent color. Each sunset- and sunrise-inspired hue is infused with a conditioning blend that feels as good as it looks on your skin.

- Pro Tip: Layer two shades for a multidimensional blush look or mix with Strobe Cream (sold separately) for a more intense glow.
