About this item
The AM-10 Mini Thermo-Anemometer is a compact, high-precision instrument designed for measuring air velocity and temperature in diverse environments. It measures wind speeds from 0.0 to 30.0 m/s (0 to 5905 FPM) with an accuracy of ±0.5 m/s ±5%, and air temperatures from -4 to 122° F (-20 to 50° C) with ±4° F (±2°C) accuracy. The unit supports 5 wind speed units (m/s, ft./min, km/h, mph, knots) and displays temperature in °C or °F. Key features include MAX/AVG wind speed recording, data hold, a backlit high-contrast LCD, auto power-off (disable option), and a low battery indicator. With a lightweight, ergonomic design (4.5 oz., 8.25 in. x 2.1 in. x 1.1 in.), it is ideal for HVAC technicians, meteorologists, environmental researchers, farmers, industrial safety inspectors, and outdoor enthusiasts. Common applications include HVAC airflow testing, environmental monitoring, agricultural climate control, and weather observation. The unit comes ready to use with 3 AAA batteries included.
