About this item
The Super Micro Asteroids Keychain Gamer from HyperMegaTech is a playable mini retro handheld that clips to your keys and comes with three built-in Atari games: Asteroids, Gravitar, and Yars' Revenge. Asteroids is the classic space shooter where you pilot a small ship and blast drifting rocks into smaller pieces, Gravitar challenges you to navigate gravity-pulling planets while fighting enemy defenses, and Yars' Revenge puts you in control of an insect-like hero chipping away at an enemy shield. Despite its tiny size, the keychain is designed to be genuinely playable, with a 2-inch RGB screen that keeps the action clear and a built-in volume control so you can enjoy the original sound effects or turn them down for quieter play. It runs on three AAA batteries (not included), so there is no charging cable to keep track of, and fresh batteries have it ready to go again in seconds. Small enough to clip to keys, a backpack, or a bag, yet big enough to actually play, it is a fun companion for commutes, waiting rooms, and road trips. From the makers of the Super Pocket handhelds, it makes an easy gift for Atari fans, collectors of retro gadgets, and anyone who grew up with these games in the arcade or at home. It also works well as a desk piece or stocking stuffer for gamers of any age. Because each game is built around short, score-chasing rounds, it suits quick sessions whenever you have a spare minute. For anyone who wants a piece of Atari history they can carry everywhere, this keychain delivers three classics in a pocket-sized format.
