IZI1 gives international customers access to products from US-based online stores with worldwide delivery.

There are two ways to get started:

• Shop Independently – Purchase directly from your favorite US retailers and send your orders to your personal IZI1 US address. Eligible purchases may also qualify for sales tax savings.
• Use Our Shopping Assistant – Browse millions of items through our catalog or submit product links using Find & Buy to access products from additional US retailers.
   

When your package arrives at the IZI1 warehouse, it is received and added to your account for management. Before shipping internationally, you can choose from a variety of package services, including consolidation, repackaging, and other options designed to help you save on shipping costs and prepare your shipment for delivery.
 

IZI1 ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping is only unavailable to destinations where legal, regulatory, or carrier restrictions apply.

You can easily manage your IZI1 address, saved addresses, payment methods, and password whenever you like, all in the My Account section.
 

An IZI1 membership gives you access to exclusive savings, shipping benefits, and package services designed to make shopping from US retailers easier. Members also receive monthly credits for Try It On, IZI1's AI-powered virtual fitting feature.
 

Your photo is used only to create your Try It On preview. Images are processed securely and are not stored on IZI1 servers by default. For complete details about how your information is handled, please review our Terms & Conditions.
 

Try It On is currently available on select clothing and accessory products. If the option is not displayed, that item is not yet supported.
 

Try It On is an AI-powered feature that lets you upload a photo and preview how clothing and accessories may look on you before making a purchase. Simply select a supported product, click Try It On, upload a photo, and generate your preview. You can also combine multiple eligible items into a complete outfit.
 

No. Try It On provides a realistic preview to help you visualize an item before purchasing. Actual fit, color, texture, and product details may vary.
 

One credit equals one Try It On. Credits are included each month based on your membership level, and additional credits can be purchased at any time. If your Try It On does not generate successfully, your credit will automatically be returned to your account. Monthly membership credits reset each billing cycle, while purchased credits remain valid for one year.
 

For the best results, use a clear, well-lit photo with your full body visible. Full-length photos are especially helpful when trying on shoes, pants, skirts, or complete outfits.
 

Yes. Businesses can use IZI1 to purchase products from US retailers and access air freight services for products or other cargo shipped directly from suppliers in the US to destination airports. B2B customers and freight brokers can contact IZI1 to request a freight quote. Additional requirements or documentation may apply depending on the cargo, shipment type, and destination.
